In partnership with Bombay Sapphire this spring, we recently hosted our spring Cocktail Masterclass in our communal bar.

Guests indulged in making three delicious cocktails using vibrant spring ingredients from our garden, plus enjoying four individual canapes designed by Head Chef Francois Poulard and a take-home gift for every guest.
