In 2018 we took Chiswick to Byron Bay's legendary Splendour in the Grass.

The sold out event featured a long-table, communal dining experience with various seating times across the three day festival. Head chef Tom Haynes cooked up a storm using some of the best ingredients and produce sourced locally from the Byron area and we were lucky enough to have some Aussie favourites Wafia and Touch Sensitive come along to entertain our guests in a secret location.
