This Mother's Day, Chiswick's mixologist Chiharu Tomizawa has created a delicious cocktail, aptly named 'Call Me Honey' to celebrate our abundance of native honey bees at Chiswick. 



To create the Honey & Lemon syrup, combine equal parts of lemon juice with native Australian honey. 


15ml Bombay

15ml St Germain

30ml Honey & Lemon syrup

60ml Prosecco

60ml Soda water



Stir all ingredients together in a wine glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a sprig of thyme.
