Our annual truffle dinner returns on Thursday 27 June. For one night only, immerse your senses in the exquisite world of truffles.  

 

Head Chef Dan Cooper and Jayson Mesman of The Truffle Farm have together curated a menu marrying truffle with shared dishes inspired by our winter harvest, including a drink on arrival.  Wines from Collector Wines in Canberra will be available to order during the evening - matching perfectly with Head Chef Dan Cooper's menu.
