Truffle Dinner 2019
Celebrate the truffle season with us this winter.
On Wednesday 7 August, Chiswick Head Chefs Francois Poulard and Tim Brindley have collaborated for a one-off dinner, celebrating the rare, but very delicious truffle this winter. Revel in the flavours of the beloved truffle, true to our ‘Planted to Plated’ ethos, guests will enjoy a beautiful menu that celebrates the truffle season.
Tickets are $150 and includes a four-course communal dining experience matched with a carefully paired selection of wines from our head sommelier Eleonore Wulf, including Unico Zelo's aptly named "Truffle Hound". Jayson Mesman from The Truffle Farm in Canberra will also be on hand to talk all things truffle.
