On Wednesday 22 June, we hosted our annual truffle dinner. Guests were treated to as truffle menu curated by Head Chef Taylor Cullen and Jason from The Canberra Truffle Farm, with accompanying wines by Hamish Young from MADA Wines. We cannot wait to do it all again next year.
