Truffle Dinner 2019

 

On Wednesday 7th August, Chiswick Head Chefs Francois Poulard and Tim Brindley collaborated for a one-off dinner, celebrating the rare, but very delicious truffle this winter. Guests revelled in the flavours of the beloved truffle, true to our ‘Planted to Plated’ ethos, enjoying a beautiful 4-course menu that celebrated the truffle season, plus matched wines by Unico Zelo. Jayson Mesman from The Truffle Farm in Canberra was also on hand to talk all things truffle.
