How long have you been at Chiswick?
Five years.

What is your favourite dish on the menu?
My favourite dish is the crispy duck, all the flavours just work really well together.

What is your favourite wine on the menu?
My favourite wine is Ruinart, I will never say no to a nice glass of Champagne. 

What’s your favourite thing about Woollahra?
I love the fact that you can find such a green oasis in the middle of a busy city. It makes me feel calm and relaxed walking through the streets of Woollahra. 

Where did you work before?
I worked at Zeta Bar at the Hilton in Sydney before starting at Chiswick. 

Where are you from?
I am from the Netherlands but have been in Australia for over 10 years.
