Hailing from the Netherlands, Anna has called Australia home for the last ten years. With five of those ten here with us at Chiswick, the feeling of being a part of the furniture has well and truly sunk in. Prior to becoming a team staple, Anna was working with Zeta bar at the Hilton, but found her true love of Sydney in Woollahra. Surprised by the luscious grass and herbaceous garden we grow, Anna found herself a calm, green oasis within the heart of the bustling Sydney city. 

Anna is excited for you to try our new spring menu, with the red peppers being her go to dish.

Off the clock, you can find Anna sipping on a glass of Ruinart champagne; only the best for the best.
