Rosemary & Olive Oil Focaccia

1. Preheat Oven to 180°C

2. Place the focaccia onto an over tray and place in oven for 3 - 5 minutes or until warm. Remove from oven and drizzle with extra olive oil and sea salt. 

Cauliflower & Gruyère Gratin

1. Preheat Oven to 180°C

2. Remove lid from foil tray and place in oven. Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

Roasted Pumpkin & Parmesan Soup with Gremolata

1. Place soup into a medium sized pot on a low - medium heat and warm until hot, stirring regularly.

2. Place into serving bowls and garnish with gremolata.

Green Bean Salad with Capers, Raisins & Almonds

1. Place green beans onto a serving plate, scatter over toasted almonds and spoon over vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Mint Salsa

1. Preheat Oven to 180°C

2. Empty contents of the lamb into a baking tray and cover with lid or foil.

3. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes. After this time, remove lid and increase oven temperature to 200°C. Continue cooking for a further 15 minutes until lamb is hot and outside is golden brown and crispy.

4. Remove from oven, place on serving plate and garnish with mint salsa. 

Sticky Toffee & Date Pudding

1. Preheat Oven to 160°C

2. Remove lid and cover with foil. Place into the oven and heat for 15 minutes or until the pudding is warm. 

3. To serve, place the pudding onto serving plates. Serve with clotted cream.
