Group Menu      


Chiswick’s Group Menu is designed for groups of four or more and includes four courses designed for sharing. Each dish has been selected by Chiswick Head Chef Francois Poulard and Matt Moran and features some of Chiswick’s favourites.

Barra-masalata, crispy bits


Garden beetroot, sprouted lentils, radicchio, sunflower

Hiramasa Kingfish sashimi, ponzu, succulents, olive oil

Fried spatchcock chicken, peas, broad beans        


Barra-in-a-bag, fennel, preserved lemon

Whole free range roasted chicken, kipfler, gem lettuce

Moran Family lamb shoulder, cucumber, squash, mint sauce



Green beans, Glenora Farm leaf  

Broccolini, Glenora Farm leaf, pepper



Dark chocolate tart, praline

Rum baba, wood-fired pineapple
