At Chiswick Woollahra, we are very proud of our ever-changing wine list which adapts with the seasons with its Australian focus with a local slant. We love to support bespoke producers who show provenance, respect to viticulture, and skillful craft in their wines as this reflects our ‘Planted to Plated’ ethos. We have a passion for sourcing our own imported European wines which are unique to our venue.



We are belated to say that our list at Chiswick Woollahra has won ‘Best Small list’ at Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards three times. We hope you enjoy taking a journey through a glass with us!

This summer, we have taken inspiration from the lavender fields of Provence and the French Mediterranean, to the Mexican Caribbean and even the beaches on our own Australian coast, crafting a few fun and seasonal drinks with a pink hue.
